Counselling

At Rehab Center, counselling is at the heart of our healing approach. Addiction often stems from emotional pain, unresolved trauma, and mental health challenges. Our counselling program provides a safe, non-judgmental space for individuals to express, explore, and overcome the deeper issues behind substance use.

Through one-on-one and group sessions, our expert counselors help clients rebuild from the inside out with compassion, clarity, and care.

• Individual Therapy

Personalized one-on-one sessions allow clients to:

  • Explore personal history and underlying issues

  • Understand emotional patterns and triggers

  • Set recovery goals and work through setbacks

  • Build resilience, confidence, and self-esteem

• Group Counselling

Group sessions offer a sense of connection and community. Clients:

  • Share experiences in a safe, guided setting

  • Learn from the journeys of others

  • Practice communication and empathy

  • Build peer support that strengthens recovery

• Family Counselling

Addiction affects families — and healing must include them. We provide:

  • Guided sessions with loved ones

  • Conflict resolution and healthy communication tools

  • Education on addiction and boundaries

  • Support for rebuilding trust and connection

• Trauma-Informed Care

Many clients face unresolved trauma that contributes to addiction. Our trained counselors use:

  • Gentle, sensitive approaches to trauma

  • Techniques like EMDR, inner-child work, or somatic therapy

  • Tools to safely process and release past pain

• Dual Diagnosis Support

For clients with co-occurring mental health issues, counselling also addresses:

  • Anxiety, depression, PTSD, or bipolar disorder

  • Emotional instability and low self-worth

  • Coping strategies for managing both conditions

• Ongoing Support & Aftercare

Counselling doesn’t end when treatment does. We offer continued support through:

  • Aftercare therapy sessions

  • Support groups and check-ins

  • Guidance for reintegration and long-term success
